Hows Kitty doing?

I said I was gonna make a Kitty amigurumi... and I'm on it... well, it's almost done :D.

As I mentioned before, I took the pattern from here, it's my first amigurumi, and I'm new in crochet, but it wasn't that hard.
I'm happy with the results, although Kitty's dress is pink, her sister's, Mimi, is purple and also Kitty's original snout is yellow but I don't have yellow yarn cos I don't look well on that color. Anyway... here the result up to now:

At first I thought: "it's white, it's gonna get dirty soon" or "my friend's nieces are gonna 'insert correct phrasal verb here'" and then I thought it'd be nice to put it on a lamp, like if the toy was holding the pipe (like a pipe dancer [is that the word?]) but I realized the legs were too short and then I just thought of a ( damn, I forgot the word lol) kind of scent thingi with potpourri inside, and well, I went to buy the potpourry in a little flower shop, it smells really good, it's cherry scent (it smells like jell-o for me) and the (I forgot again the word) to stuff it, that was hard to get, I went to the (I really need to learn the shop names again) and they told me they didn't sell it or they didn't have stock... so I just went to a fabric shop and I finally got it.

I put the potpourry in the middle and then other layer of the stuffin.

  4. What do you sew?...Oh yes, the black heart, one of my faves, I can't wait to make a new one and add a black satin ribbon to it, it'd look better that way hehe :)
So, I saw your profile but I didn't see your blog, but I could see it is in Polish... nice.

  5. Your're right, it's not fair that you can't see my blog. So I invite you to my world and words :) Yes, I come from Poland. One of my favourites projects sewed by me is a "bag" for my mobile: black with white lace and fake pearls... in gothic style
